Abstract:Ko se poslovna dinamika konkurenčnega trga pospešuje in je pretok informacij hitrejši, vedno več podjetij išče možnosti za boljše in bolj racionalno odločanje o upravljanju oskrbovalnih verig, za kar so ključni ustrezni podatki. V podjetju Domel smo izvedli analizo njihovih kazalnikov in jih primerjali z referenčnim modelom. Cilj diplomske naloge je vzpostavitev novih in nadgradnja že obstoječih kazalnikov za merjenje sposobnosti oskrbovalnih procesov, ki so primerni za podjetje. V praktičnem delu smo s pomočjo Microsoft Excela izdelali prototip grafičnega prikaza nadzorne plošče z vsemi atributi, kazalniki in podkazalniki. Atributi 'zanesljivost', 'odzivnost', 'prilagodljivost', 'stroški' in 'izkoristek' se lahko prikazujejo posamezno ali skupno ter glede na časovno obdobje.

Title:Establishment of indicators in Domel for measurement capabilities of supply processes
Abstract:As the business dynamics of a competitive market accelerates and the flow of information is faster, more and more companies are looking for opportunities to make better and more rational decisions about supply chain management, for which relevant data is crucial. This has increased the importance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their ability to measure, forecast and manage company parameters in real (or near-real) time. In this diploma thesis through theory, we present the supply chain reference model SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference Model), which describes the five main attributes and their indicators for measuring the performance of supply processes in the chain. In Domel, where the practical part of the work took place, we analyzed their indicators and compared them with the reference model. The aim of the diploma thesis is to establish new and to upgrade existing indicators for measuring the ability of supply processes that are suitable for the company. In the practical part, with the help of Microsoft Excel, we made a prototype of a graphical display of the control panel with all the attributes, indicators and sub-indicators. The attributes reliability, responsiveness, agility, costs, and asset management efficiency can be displayed individually or collectively and according to time period.
