Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo zasnovali modularni vpenjalni pripravi, na katerih se bo izvedla obdelava obdelovanca, v skladu z zahtevami na delavniški risbi. Glavne prioritete vpenjalnih priprav so bile, da so narejene čim bolj ergonomsko ter da so cenovno ugodne in obratovalno zanesljive. Preučili smo več različnih zasnov in na koncu z ustrezno analizo izbrali najustreznejšo. Preučili smo obdelovalne operacije in na tej podlagi izbrali ustrezna orodja. Izbrali smo optimalne rezalne parametre za operacije ter na koncu izbrali ustrezne obdelovalne stroje.

Title:Design of modular clamping device for machining processes
Abstract:In this diploma thesis, we have designed modular clamping devices for machining processes, on which it would be able to perform all the machining processes that are required from the technical documentation. The main priorities of making our fixture were that it would have to be as ergonomic as possible and reliable during machining. We studied several versions and in the end, we chose the most adequate one. We have reviewed the machining processes and according to that, we selected adequate cutting tools. We also made the selection of the machining parameters and selected the machine tool that could deliver such a requirement.
