Title:Ergonomija pametnih očal na primeru komisioniranja : diplomsko delo

Abstract:Pri komisioniranju izdelkov v skladišču je cilj v najkrajšem možnem času izpolniti naročila s komisionirnih listov. Podjetja se za skrajšanje časa poslužujejo različnih metod upravljanja skladišč, še vedno pa se zaradi človeških dejavnikov pojavijo napake pri nabiranju, kar vodi v zmanjšanje učinkovitosti in zadovoljstva strank. V diplomski nalogi je preučen vpliv pametnih očal Vuzix M300 na proces komisioniranja izdelkov, in sicer kako uporaba pametnih očal z možnostjo prostoročnega upravljanja ter avtomatskega beleženja podatkov vpliva na porabljen čas in nastale napake. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene uporabljene ergonomske metode, dosedanje ugotovitve PKP projekta Učinki uporabe pametnih očal na primeru komisioniranja, ki je služil kot podlaga za nastanek diplomske naloge, ter opis programa Siemens Jack, ki je bil uporabljen za izdelavo simulacije delovnega mesta. Temu sledijo rezultati ročnih in računalniških izračunov po predstavljenih metodah, na koncu pa je zapisana medsebojna primerjava in sklep, v katerem so predstavljene možne izboljšave.

Title:Ergonomics of smart glasses in the case of commissioning
Abstract:When picking products in the warehouse, the goal is to fulfill the orders in the shortest possible time. Companies use a variety of warehouse management methods to shorten time, but human factors still lead to errors, causing reduced efficiency and customer satisfaction. The thesis examines the impact of Vuzix M300 smart glasses on the process of product picking, namely how the use of smart glasses with the possibility of hands-free usage and automatic data recording affects the time required and errors. The theoretical part presents the used ergonomic methods, previous findings of the PKP project Analysis of the effects of smart glasses on vision and productivity: commissioner case study, which served as the basis for the thesis and a description of the Siemens Jack program, which was used to create a job simulation. This is followed by the results of manual and computer calculations according to the presented methods and concluded by a mutual comparison and a conclusion in which possible improvements are presented.
