Title:Predlogi za izboljšanje organzacijske klime v Občini Ribnica

Abstract:Organizacijska klima obstaja v vsaki organizaciji in je njen pomemben element. Vključuje vse občutke, ki določajo vedenje zaposlenih, in s tem posledično vpliva na njihovo zadovoljstvo v organizaciji. Zaposlen, ki je zadovoljen na delovnem mestu, bo svoje delo opravljal bolj kakovostno, podajal predloge, iskal rešitve, bo bolj inovativen in produktiven ter bo veliko prispeval k doseganju zastavljenih ciljev organizacije. Predmet proučevanja je bila organizacijska klima v Občini Ribnica. Zastavili smo si raziskovalna vprašanja, na katera smo odgovorili z analizo podatkov, zbranih z anketo na podlagi vzorca v Občini Ribnica. Anketni vprašalnik je bil zasnovan s pomočjo projekta SiOK in temelji na vprašanjih o dimenzijah organizacijske klime. Na podlagi naše analize ugotavljamo oceno organizacijske klime po dimenzijah. Dimenzija odnos do kakovosti je bila najbolje ocenjena dimenzija, najslabše ocenjena dimenzija pa je bila dimenzija notranjih odnosov. Z namenom izboljšanja organizacijske klime v Občini Ribnica smo podali predloge za izboljšanje posameznih dimenzij.

Title:Suggestions for improving organizational climate in the Municipality of Ribnica
Abstract:Organisational climate is an important part of every organisation. It includes all feelings and perceptions that determine the behaviour of employees and consequently influence employees’ satisfaction with organisation. An employee who is satisfied at their workplace will perform better at their job, give suggestions, search for solutions, exhibit higher innovativeness and productivity and will make a significant contribution to the achievement of organisation’s objectives. The object of the study was the organisational climate in the Municipality of Ribnica. We introduced research questions and got answers with the help of data analysis, which we collected by doing a survey, based on the sample in the Municipality of Ribnica. The questionnaire was designed with the help of the project SiOK (Slovenian Organisational Climate) and is grounded on questions about dimensions of organisational climate. Based on our analysis, we determined the assessment of organisational climate by dimensions. The dimension regarding the attitude to quality ranked the highest, whereas the dimension of internal relationships ranked the lowest. With the purpose of improving organisational climate in the Municipality of Ribnica, we offered suggestions for improvement of individual dimensions.
