Title:Vpliv digitalizacije na delovanje in učinkovitost managementa človeških virov v organizaciji

Abstract:V magistrskem delu predstavimo vlogo in delovanje managementa človeških virov ter digitalizacijo z namenom ugotavljanja vpliva digitalizacije na management človeških virov v organizaciji. Predstavimo ključne aktivnosti in naloge managementa človeških virov ter trenutne trende, ki vplivajo na njegove naloge. Posvetimo se raziskovanju izzivov, lastnosti in prednostim digitalizacije z vidika celotne organizacije in z vidika managementa človeških virov. Opredelimo vlogo managementa človeških virov med potekom digitalne transformacije. Po predstavitvi obeh ključnih elementov magistrskega dela, digitalizacije in managementa človeških virov pojasnimo vplive in koristi digitalizacije. Ob tem opomnimo na možnost neuspeha digitalizacije ter razne ovire in pasti na poti do uspešne modernizacije poslovanja. Spomnimo na pomembnost pojava e-HRM in raziščemo sodobne programske rešitve za podporo managementa človeških virov ter kakšne možnosti in funkcije prinašajo v rešitvah. Predstavimo ključne zmogljivosti programske opreme, ki jih mora ta imeti za podporo učinkovitemu delovanju managementa človeških virov. V zaključku pozornost namenimo še koristnim rešitvam, ki podpirajo upravljanje s človeškim kapitalom, upravljanje in pridobivanje talentov ter sisteme za upravljanje uspešnosti zaposlenih.

Title:Influence of digitalization on operations and efficiency of human resource management in an organisation
Abstract:In the master's thesis, we presented the role and activities of human resource management and the term digitalization in order to identify the influences of digitalization on human resource management in the organization. We presented the activities of human resource management and trends that affect the way human resources operate. We dedicated ourselves to exploring the challenges, characteristics and benefits of digitalization from both organization's point of view and the view of human resource management. We defined the role of human resource management during the course of digital transformation. After presenting digitalization and human resource management, we explained the impacts and benefits of digitalization. We explored the possibility of digitalization failure and various obstacles on the way to successful business modernization. We recalled the importance of e-HRM and explored software solutions that support human resource management and presented the functions of various solutions. Presenting the required capabilities of software solutions that human resources need for effective operations was key to understanding what makes an effective solution. Finally, we focused on presenting some of the solutions that support functions such as human capital management, talent and acquisition management and performance management systems.
