Title:Določitev parametrov filtra za filtriranje v pogojih konstantnega tlaka : magistrsko delo

Abstract:Obravnavala sem določitev parametrov filtra za filtriranje v pogojih konstantnega tlaka. Z analiziranjem podatkov iz člankov, sem pridobila uporabne lastnosti filtra uporabljenega v eksperimentu in izračunala procesne parametre membranskega filtra. Najprej permeabilnosti s pomočjo Darcyjevega modela potem sem s pomočjo numerične metode izračunala še poroznosti s Carman-Kozeny in Ergunovim modelom. Z modeloma sem dobila različne vrednosti poroznosti. Potrdila sem svojo tezo, da lahko iz podatkov meritev pretoka filtrov z uporabo računskih modelov, določimo lastnosti filtra. Ob tem moramo upoštevati določene omejitve, potrebno imeti zanesljive in točne podatke meritev. Izračuni so z modeli seveda možni, a ne moremo trditi, da so rezultati točen, so le dober približek resnične vrednosti in uporabni v praksi.

Title:Determination of filter parameters for filtering under constant pressure conditions
Abstract:I discussed the determination of filter parameters for filtration under constant pressure conditions. By analysing the data from the articles, I obtained the useful properties of the filter used in the experiment and calculated the process parameters of the membrane filter. First, the permeability using the Darcy model, then I used the numerical method to calculate filter porosity with the Carman-Kozeny and Ergun model. I got different porosity values with each model. I confirmed my thesis. From the data of filter flow measurements using models, we can determine the properties of the filter. At the same time, we have to consider certain limitations, to have a reliable and accurate measurement data., it is necessary to have reliable and accurate measurement data. Calculations with models are of course possible, but we cannot claim that the results are accurate, they are only a good approximation of the true value and useful in practice.
