Abstract:Podjetja se za doseganje uspešnega delovanja poleg sodobne informacijske tehnologije, inovacij in sposobnosti prilagajanja razmeram na trgu soočajo tudi z obvladovanjem dejavnikov učinkovitega dela. V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali dejavnike učinkovitega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo podrobno predstavili in opredelili produktivnost in učinkovitost dela, motivacijo, vodenje, organizacijo dela, vrednote podjetja, komunikacijo, fizične dejavnike (delovno okolje) in psihične dejavnike (stres). Raziskali smo kateri dejavniki učinkovitega dela so za zaposlene najpomembnejši, kateri stil vodenja je za zaposlene najpomembnejši, katera vrsta nagrade najbolje vpliva na učinkovitost in kolikšni meri vplivajo komunikacija, organizacija dela in vrednote na učinkovitost in uspešnost dela v obravnavanem podjetju X. S pomočjo raziskave, ki smo jo izvedli z anketnim vprašalnikom, smo ugotovili, da sta najpomembnejša dejavnika učinkovitega dela motivacija in komunikacija. Nato sledijo psihični dejavniki, vodenje, organizacija dela, vrednote podjetja in fizični dejavniki. V zaključku diplomske naloge smo na osnovi ugotovitev podali predloge za izboljšavo.
