Abstract:Diplomsko delo zajema načrtovanje, konstruiranje in izdelavo tehnične dokumentacije vpenjalne naprave. Naprava je namenjena predvsem izboljšanju ponovljivosti izdelka, točnosti in hitrejši izdelavi le-tega. Ker so v podjetju postavili novo robotsko celico, so mi za diplomsko delo dodelili projekt, ki vsebuje konstruiranje nove vpenjalne naprave za varjenje ogrodja vitla 55H. Vpenjalna naprava je v celoti zasnovana s pomočjo programske opreme SolidWorks. Skozi diplomsko delo sem predstavil projekt in vse zahteve, ki so pomembne pri snovanju takšne naprave.

Title:Designing and construction of a fixation device for frame of forestry winch 55h
Abstract:This diploma thesis covers the planning, construction and production of all technical documentation of the clamping device. The device is primarily intended to improve the reproducibility of the product, it is accuracy and it is faster production. Since they set up a new robotic cell in the company, I was awarded a project for my diploma thesis, which includes the construction of a new clamping device for welding the 55H winch frame. The clamp is completely designed with the help of SolidWorks software. Through my diploma thesis I have presented the project and all the essential requirements that are important in the design of the clamp.
