Abstract:Dandanes se na trgu pojavlja vedno večja konkurenca med podjetji. Za doseganje konkurenčnih prednosti mora podjetje nuditi tudi poprodajne storitve. Ena izmed najpogostejših poprodajnih storitev je servis ter garancija. Za organizacije je priporočljivo, da imajo čimvečji del svojega poslovanja podrpt z računalniškimi rešitvami. Za podporo vodenja servisa lahko podjetje računalniške rešitve samo izdela, jih najame ali kupi specifično za to funkcijo ali pa jih najame ali kupi kot del celovite računalniške rešitve. V kolikor podjetje še ne uporablja celovite rešitve je smiselno razmislitvi o uvedbi le te. V kolikor to predstavlja podjetju prevelik strošek se mora odločiti med najemom in izdelavo posamezne rešitve, če v organizaciji ni dovolj tehničnega znanja za izvedbo takšne rešitve je najbolj smiseln nakup ali najem že obstoječe.

Title:Implementing a database for the managing of repair services in Elesprom Inženiring d. o. o.
Abstract:Nowadays companies are competing for customers more than ever. To get the competititve edge companies have to offer after purchase services such as repairs and warranty. It is recommended that companies support their every day processes with information solutions. For supporting the managing of repair services companies can either make a sollution, rent or buy one individually or get one as a ERP solution. If the company does not use an ERP solution yes it should first think about implementing one. If the costs of that are too high, the company can decide between making a solution if it has the required technical knowledge or renting or buying one.
