Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je opisana izdelava projekta avtomatizacije tehtanja mrežic za akumulatorje z uporabo tehtalnega terminala in industrijskega krmilnika. Delo vključuje opis posameznih uporabljenih komponent in izvedbo programa z uporabo TIA Portal programskega paketa. Program omogoča izpis delavca, tipa plošče na HMI zaslonu ter samodejno zaznavanje spremembe teže na tehtnici. V kolikor je teža znotraj dovoljenih meja za določen tip plošče, se shrani v podatkovno bazo.

Title:Automation of weighing car battery lead plates
Abstract:The diploma thesis describes the production of a project for automated weighing of car battery lead plates using a weighing terminal and an industrial controller. The work includes a description of the individual components used in the implementation of the program using the TIA Portal software package. The program enables the display of the worker, the type of panel on the HMI screen and automatic detection of weight changes on the scale. If the weight is within the allowable limits for a certain type of panel, it is stored in a database.
