Abstract:
Diplomsko delo opisuje konstruiranje ogrodja predgrevne in kalilne peči za kaljenje nožev za rezanje furnirja v programu Creo. Obe peči razvija podjetje Bosio d. o. o. v skladu z zahtevami naročnika podjetja SIJ Ravne Systems d. o. o. Predstavljen je celoten potek konstruiranja ogrodja z obrazložitvijo uporabljenih postopkov modeliranja. Zaradi uporabe principa parametričnega modeliranja je ogrodje prilagodljivo in uporabno za nadaljnje projekte. Pripravljena je bila ustrezna delavniška dokumentacija, potrebna za izdelavo ogrodja.

Title:
Computer aided design of industrial furnace frame
Abstract:
The bachelor’s thesis describes the construction of industrial quenching and preheating furnace frames for quenching knives for veneer in the Creo program. Both furnaces are developed by the company Bosio d. o. o. with demands set by a client SIJ Ravne Systems d. o. o. The whole construction process of the frame with each different modeling process being described along is presented. Because of the use of parametric modelling, the whole frame can be easily adapted and used in other projects. The required technical documentation for the production of both furnace frames was also created.
