Title:Ustanovitev podjetja s pomočjo projekta spot

Abstract:Podjetniki se na samostojno podjetniško pot podajo zaradi želje po ustvarjanju in samostojnosti ali pa iz nuje. Ne glede na razlog ustanovitve podjetja vse osebe imenujemo z enako besedo - podjetnik. Potencialni podjetniki so večinoma nevešči in negotovi v svoje postopke, ko se podajo na podjetniško pot. Z začetki so vedno težki in negotovi, zato so v državi prisotne razne ustanove za svetovanje in usmerjanje. V začetku teoretičnega dela smo proučili naslednje osnovne pojme: podjetništvo, podjetnik, podjetje, samostojni podjetnik in družba z omejeno odgovornostjo. V nadaljevanju smo med seboj primerjali najpogostejši formalnopravni obliki. Izpostavili smo ključne razlike med samostojnim podjetnikom in družbo z omejeno odgovornostjo. Dotaknili smo se tudi predstavitve podatkov iz poslovnega izida in podatkov iz bilance stanja, ki so zabeleženi v AJPES. Odgovore na raziskovalna vprašanja smo pridobili pri intervjuvankah, ki zasedajo različna mesta v projektu SPOT. Njihove odgovore smo analizirali in primerjali tako, da smo lahko dobili celostno sliko z vseh nivojev. Z analizo njihovih odgovorov smo odgovorili na štiri raziskovalna vprašanja. Zanimalo nas je, ali je državna podpora kakovostnih storitev podpornega okolja za potencialnega podjetnika pri ustanovitvi podjetja potrebna. Dotaknili smo se tudi problematike informiranja in izvajanja storitev s strani podpornega okolja za podjetništvo v Sloveniji. Zanimalo nas je, kdaj ima podporno okolje na podjetnika večji vpliv in kako sistem SPOT krepi podjetniško kulturo. Ugotavljamo, da je podporno okolje v Sloveniji zelo pestro. Sklepamo, da je državna podpora kakovostnih storitev za neveščega potencialnega podjetnika potrebna. Bistvo podpornega okolja za potencialnega podjetnika je izluščiti ustrezne informacije in mu ponuditi ustrezno svetovanje. Potrdili smo, da potencialni podjetnik pridobi ustrezne in ključne informacije na enem mestu, hkrati pa je tudi deležen ustreznega svetovanja. V nadaljevanju raziskave smo ugotovili, da je svetovanje na točki SPOT Svetovanje prilagojeno tako potencialnim podjetnikom kot tudi že ustaljenim. Ugotovili smo, da so storitve v korelaciji z ustanovitvijo podjetja nepogrešljive. Ker je projekt relativno nov v svetu podjetništva, znamka SPOT še ni tako zelo prepoznavna.

Title:Establishing a company with the help of project spot
Abstract:Entrepreneurs venture on an entrepreneurial path because of their desire to create and to be independent or out of necessity. Regardless of the reason for company establishment, all are named with a single term – entrepreneur. Potential entrepreneurs generally lack experience and are uncertain about their actions concerning their entrepreneurial behaviour. Their first steps are always difficult and uncertain, which is why the state provides different institutions for consulting and guidance. The first part of the thesis covers the following basic terms: entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, company, sole proprietor, and limited liability company. The following segments compare the two most common legal forms of companies. We pointed out the basic differences between a sole proprietor and limited liability company. We also discussed the data on annual balance sheets and income statements, which are gathered and presented by the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Public Legal Records and Related Services (AJPES). Our research questions were formulated for different respondents, based on their role in the SPOT project. Their responses were analysed and compared to form a comprehensive outlook for all levels. With the help of the analysis we were able to answer four research questions. We wanted to establish if the state's support is a significant factor, when it comes to company establishment. We also gave notice to the issue of informing and providing services by the supportive environment for entrepreneurship in Slovenia. Our aim was to establish when does the supportive environment have the biggest influence on an entrepreneur, and how the SPOT system strengthens entrepreneurial culture. The supportive environment for entrepreneurship in Slovenia is very versatile. We concluded that the state support in providing quality services for inexperienced potential entrepreneurs is necessary. The basic purpose of such an environment is to provide key information and adequate consulting. We have confirmed that the potential entrepreneur can obtain suitable and key information on the spot as well as receive the necessary consulting services. Our latter research findings establish that consulting services at SPOT Point Consulting are adapted to potential entrepreneurs as well as entrepreneurs, who have already been doing business for some time. When it comes to company establishment, consulting services are indispensable. As this project is relatively new in the entrepreneurial world, the SPOT brand is not yet very recognisable.
