Title:Analiza navad kupcev mleka in mlečnih izdelkov na območju mesta Dresden v Nemčiji

Abstract:V mestu Dresden v Nemčiji smo maja 2018 anketirali naključno skupino ljudi, ki se razlikujejo po spolu, starosti in izobrazbi. Na podlagi anketnega vprašalnika smo analizirali navade potrošnikov pri nakupu ter uživanju mleka in mlečnih izdelkov. Analizirani kupci za mleko in mlečne izdelke v večini porabijo do 100 EUR in jih v 41 % uživajo vsaj enkrat na dan. Za najpomembnejšo lastnost, na katero se kupci ozirajo pri nakupu, so označili izvor, sledi pa mu cena. Kar 78 % anketirancev je mnenja, da izdelki iz ekološke pridelave niso kakovostnejši od izdelkov konvencionalne pridelave.

Title:Milk and Dairy Product Consumer Analysis in the Area of Dresden Germany
Abstract:In May 2018, in the city of Dresden in Germany, we surveyed a random group of people who differ in gender, age and education. Based on the research survey, we analysed consumers' habits via their purchases and milk and dairy product consumption. In most cases, the analysed buyers spend up to 100 Euros on milk and dairy products, and 41 % consume them at least once per day. The most important quality they take into consideration with their purchase is the source, followed by the price. 78 % of respondents do not believe that the products from organic production are of higher quality than the products from conventional production.
