Abstract:V diplomskem delu je obravnavana nihajna ročica krožne žage, ki je izpostavljena dinamičnim obremenitvam. Najprej je predstavljen računalniški model dinamike v programskem okolju SolidWorks. Dobljene obremenitve iz dinamičnega modela so bile nato osnova za preračun utrujanja gradiva. Izkazalo se je, da obstajajo mesta, kjer obstaja nevarnost, da pride do poškodb zaradi utrujanja gradiva. Kasneje je opisan postopek optimizacije oblike in dimenzij nihajne ročice. Cilj izboljšane oblike je bil odpraviti kritična mesta in zmanjšati maso. Na koncu so predstavljeni rezultati dinamične analize izboljšane nihajne ročice z namenom, da se potrdi ustreznost izboljšane oblike. Diplomsko delo je nastalo v sodelovanju s podjetjem Ledinek Engineering d. o. o.

Title:Improvement of a Circular Saw Arm
Abstract:The diploma thesis deals with the oscillating lever of a circular saw, which is exposed to dynamic loads. A computer model of multi-body dynamics in SolidWorks software environment is presented first. The calculated loads, obtained from the dynamic simulation, were the basis for calculating the fatigue of the material. The results have showed that the lever has critical areas, where damage due to the fatigue of the material may occur. The process of optimizing the topology and dimensions of the lever is described next. The aim of the improved design was to eliminate critical spots and reduce mass. Finally, the results of the dynamic simulation of the improved oscillation lever are presented in order to confirm the suitability of the improved shape. The thesis was done in cooperation with the company Ledinek Engineering d. o. o.
