|Opis:||The theoretical part of the master's thesis defines the concept of family and types of families in Slovenia. Family types are described and broken down into two-parent, one-parent and single-parent, extended, adaptive, reorganised, reformed, custodial and same-sex families. From birth, the child is the closest to their family. During adolescence, family members have a significant impact on the child's upbringing, development and personality. However, within each family interpersonal relationships are varied. That is why in literary works for readers at primary grade level, the family motif is so highly represented.
The main part of the master's thesis is a literary analysis of selected contemporary Slovenian prose texts which are suitable for readers at the primary grade level. At least one literary work was found for each type of family, with the type of family and the relations within analysed in greater detail. The works of the following contemporary Slovenian authors were selected: Desa Muck, Cvetka Sokolov, Miha Mazzini, Majda Koren, Nataša Konc Lorenzutti, Janja Vidmar, Vinko Möderndorfer, Ana Kalin, Dim Zupan, Neli Kodrič Filipič, Franjo Frančič, Matjaž Pikalo, Barbara Habič and Tone Partljič.|
