Title:Usklajevanje dela in zasebnega življenja pri zaposlenih v proizvodnji

Abstract:Posameznik je v vsakdanjem življenju primoran nenehno usklajevati zasebno življenje in delo. Kadar je usklajevanje med delom in zasebnim življenjem manj uspešno, prihaja do različnih posledic, kot sta konflikt med delom in družino ter izgorelost. Oba konstrukta sta bila v preteklosti raziskana na različnih vzorcih, manj na vzorcu zaposlenih v proizvodnji. Namen raziskave je bil raziskati usklajevanje dela in zasebnega življenja pri teh zaposlenih. V kvalitativnem delu raziskave smo skušali z izvedbo fokusne skupine pridobiti boljše razumevanje posebnosti dela v proizvodnji, ki so vezane na usklajevanje dela in zasebnega življenja. V drugem smo naše raziskovanje nadgradili z izvedbo kvantitativne raziskave relevantnih spremenljivk na to temo. V analizo smo vključili konflikt med delom in družino, izgorelost, središčnost vlog, miselni odklop od dela ter strategije soočanja s stresom. V fokusni skupini je sodelovalo 6 udeležencev, kvantitativni del pa je zajel 94 proizvodnih delavcev. Ugotovili smo, da obstaja pozitivna povezava med konfliktom med delom in družino ter izgorelostjo pri proizvodnih delavcih. Pri središčnosti družinskih vlog/delovnih vlog ter miselnemu odklopu od dela nismo našli pomembne povezave s konfliktom med delom in družino. Pri strategijah soočanja se je kot pomemben moderator odnosa med konfliktom delo-družina ter izgorelostjo izkazala le strategija miselna neaktivnost, pri konfliktu družina-delo pa strategije soočanja pozitivna reinterpretacija in rast, miselna neaktivnost ter iskanje emocionalne socialne podpore.

Title:Reconciliation of work and private life among blue-collar workers
Abstract:An individual is constantly forced to reconcile private and work life. Whenever the reconciliation between the two is less successful, it leads to different consequences such as work-life conflict and burnout. Both constructs have already been researched on different samples, although less on the sample of blue-collar workers. The purpose of this research was to study the reconciliation of work and private life of the aforementioned blue-collar workers. In the qualitative part of the research, we tried using the focus group as a means of research to better understand the specialities of work in production that were connected to reconciliation of work and private life. In the second part, we upgraded our research with performing quantitative research of relevant variables on this topic. The analysis includes the work-family conflict, burnout, work and family centralities, psychological detachment from work, and coping with stress strategies. There was a total of 6 participants in the focus group, while the qualitative part took into consideration a total of 94 blue-collar workers. We discovered that there is indeed a positive connection between work-family conflict and burnout within blue-collar workers. We did not find any important connections between family centralities, work centralities and psychological detachment from work in relation to work-family conflict. Considering stress strategies, only the strategy of mental disengagement has proved to be an important moderator of the relationship between work-family conflict and burnout, whereas in relationship between the family-work conflict and burnout positive reinterpretation and growth, mental disengagement, and seeking of emotional social support proved to be important moderators.
