Abstract:Magistrska naloga obravnava spolne zlorabe otrok v Sloveniji, zakonsko ureditev, predstavitev in naloge državnih organov, odgovornih za obravnavo, preiskovanje in pregon spolnih zlorab otrok ter naloge in oblike pomoči nevladnih organizacij, ki s svojim delom pomagajo državnim ustanovam pri zagotavljanju pomoči žrtvam zlorab in nudenju strokovnih izobraževanj. V Sloveniji so žrtve spolnih napadov najpogosteje deklice, storilci so v večini moškega spola, različnih starostnih skupin, od 18. do 64. leta in moški nad 64. letom starosti.

Title:Attitudes towards child sexual abuse in Slovenia
Abstract:The title of my dissertation is »Attitudes towards child sexual abuse in Slovenia«. My dissertation deals with child sexual abuse in Slovenia, their legislations, presentation and tasks of state bodies responsible for addressing, investigating and prosecuting child sexual abuse, and the tasks and forms of assistance provided by non-governmental organizations that assist state institutions in assisting victims of abuse and providing professional education. In Slovenia, the victims of sexual assaults are mostly girls, and the perpetrators are in the majority men, in various age groups, from 18 to 64 years old and men over 64 years old. Most sexual abuse is committed within the family circle, the perpetrators are mostly fathers, stepfathers, uncles and grandfathers. In Slovenia, the attitude of dealing with sexual abuse of children is changing for the better, crime data are available publicly online, for most state institutions, which are ready to cooperate and provide assistance for study matters. Non- govermental organizations also have a positive attitude towards child sexual abuse, as there is more and more attention being paid to abused children, and organizations are also helping victims of abuse. Slovenia wants to follow the European model of finding solutions, which is why the Berghaus model was created, and it was also established society for fathers who were wrongly accused of sexually abusing a child.
