Abstract:Magistrsko delo predstavlja projekt krmiljenja čiščenja na kraju samem (clean in place – CIP) v proizvodnem procesu brez razstavljanja procesne opreme in linije, ki jo čistimo. Gre za že izveden proces. Prvi del na splošno predstavi PLK-krmilnik in zahteve naročnika projekta. Na kratko so opisani zgodovina in razlogi za razvoj PLK-tehnologije, nato je pojasnjen princip delovanja senzorja, aktuatorja in krmilne opreme. Prikazana sta P&ID-diagram in električna shema krmilne omarice.

Title:Design and automation of clean in place process in the dairy industry
Abstract:My master's thesis presents a project of an onsite cleaning (clean in place – CIP) in the production process without disassembling the equipment or the line we are cleaning. This is an already implemented process. The first part is a general presentation of the PLK-controller and the requirements of the client. There is a brief history on PLK technology, reasons for its development and then it goes on by explaining how the sensor, actuator and control equipment work. The P&ID-diagram and electrical diagram of the control cabinet are shown. The use of the PLK-controller S7-1500 series is explained for the management and visualization of an automated CIP station using the TIA Portal which has an integrated software package that runs STEP 7 Basic and WinCC. With the help of the STEP 7 Basic the program code is written and with the help of the WinCC the management and control of the CIP via the HMI controller are arranged. PID controllers are used to control the system, and the method used to determine the control parameters is described.
