Abstract:V magistrskem delu je predstavljeno zaprto-zančno vodenje elektro-hidravličnega aktuatorja brez krmilnih ventilov. Program je napisan v programskem okolju TwinCAT 3 in se izvaja na Beckhoff krmilniku CX5140. Sistem je zgrajen iz servo motorja, hidravlične črpalke, hidravličnega aktuatorja, hidravličnega akumulatorja, hidravličnih cevi in Beckhoff krmilnika. Sistem ima tudi navidezni HMI izdelan v programskem okolju TwinCAT 3 za lažje vodenje in nadziranje sistema. Sistem bo služil za pedagoške namene, izvajanje vaj v laboratoriju in nadaljnje raziskave.

Title:Closed loop control of electro-hydraulic actuator
Abstract:The master's thesis presents the closed-loop control of an electro-hydraulic actuator without control valves. The program is written in the TwinCAT 3 programming environment and runs on the Beckhoff CX5140 controller. The system is constructed from a servo motor, hydraulic pump, hydraulic actuator, hydraulic accumulator, hydraulic hoses and Beckhoff controller. The system is managed and monitored by a virtual HMI built in the TwinCAT 3 software environment. The system will be used for pedagogical purposes, laboratory exercises and further research.
