Abstract:The author of the first paper explores how students perceive various types of active learning techniques. The second paper identifies the teaching methods that are accepted by Generation Y students. The author of the third paper addresses the characteristics of contemporary students and their implications for teaching strategies. The fourth paper explores the effects of interdisciplinary problem-based learning on the development of students' knowledge, skills, and competences. Gamification as a teaching strategy is discussed in the fifth paper. The sixth paper addresses the challenge of merging disciplines of entrepreneurship and finance in one study program. The approaches to increasing students’ focus in learning finance-related subjects are discussed in the seventh paper. In the eighth paper authors expose the value of practical higher education as a response to the perceived phenomena of financial illiteracy and financial exclusion. The role of research results transfer into university teaching of transport economics discusses the author of the ninth paper. The authors of tenth paper explore the relevance of mastering Spanish for students of economics and business disciplines. The last paper discusses the authors' experiences with e-learning in higher education from the perspective of its extent and importance.

Title:Metode poučevanja za ekonomijo in poslovne vede : Konferenčni zbornik 3. znanstvene konference
Abstract:Avtorica prvega prispevka raziskuje kako študenti zaznavajo različne tipe tehnik aktivnega učenja. Drugi prispevek identificira metode poučevanja, ki jih sprejemajo študenti generacije Y. Avtorica tretjega prispevka obravnava značilnosti sodobnih študentov in njihove implikacije za strategije poučevanja. Četrti prispevek raziskuje učinke interdisciplinarnega problemskega učenja na razvoj znanja, veščin in kompetenc študentov. Igrifikacijo kot strategijo poučevanja obravnavata avtorici v petem prispevku. Šesti prispevek obravnava izziv združevanja disciplin podjetništva in financ v enem študijskem programu. Pristope za povečanje osredotočenja študentov pri študiju predmetov s področja financ obravnava avtor v sedmem prispevku. V osmem prispevku avtorja izpostavljata vrednost praktičnega visokošolskega izobraževanja kot odziv na zaznan pojav finančne nepismenosti in finančnega izključevanja. Vlogo prenosa raziskovalnih rezultatov na področje univerzitetnega poučevanja ekonomike transporta obravnava avtorica v devetem prispevku. Avtorici desetega prispevka raziskujeta relevantnost obvladovanja španskega jezika za študente ekonomije in poslovnih ved. Zadnji prispevek obravnava izkušnje avtorjev z e-učenjem v visokošolskem izobraževanju z vidika njegovega obsega in pomena.
