Abstract:Cilj naloge v teoretičnem delu je predstaviti kakovost z marketinškega vidika, opredelitev in nastanek spletnega mesta, pomen kakovosti spletnega mesta ter predstaviti vsebinski, grafični in tehnični vidik spletnega mesta. V empiričnem delu diplomske naloge je namen predstaviti podjetje H&M, ugotoviti, ali na svojem spletnem mestu ponujajo cenovno dostopne artikle, ali je spletno mesto enostavno za uporabo in na koncu tudi podati konkretne rešitve podjetju H&M o izboljšavi spletnega mesta. Empirični del diplomske naloge temelji na anketnem vprašalniku, s katerim smo pridobili mnenja uporabnikov spletnega mesta podjetja H&M. Na podlagi mnenj anketiranih smo sestavili rešitve oziroma izboljšave za spletno mesto.

Title:Quality assessment of H&M website
Abstract:The objective of the thesis in the theoretical part is to present the quality from the marketing point of view, the definition and creation of the website, the very importance of the quality of the website and to present the content, graphic and technical aspects of the website. In the empitical part of the diploma thesis the goal is to introduce H&M, find out if it offers affordable articles on its website, whether it is easy to use, and finally give specific solutions to H&M to improve the site. The empirical part of the diploma thesis is based on a questionnaire with which we obtained the opinions of users of the H&M website and based on opinions of the respondents, came up with solutions ot improvements for the site.
