Title:Razvoj sistema sledljivosti in označevanja v programu montažnih skladiščnih hal podjetja Petre d.o.o. : magistrsko delo

Abstract:V magistrskem delu je predstavljeno oblikovanja sistema označevanja izdelkov in polizdelkov z oznakami za sledljivost, ter oblikovanje sistema za zagotavljane sledljivosti. Z metodo bilateralne primerjave vnaprej določenih kriterijev za izbor ustrezne oblike zapisa oznak ter ustrezne tehnologije izdelave zapisa, ter matrikami odločanja po izbranih kriterijih vrednotenih posameznih oblik zapisa ter tehnologij izdelave zapisa, sem izbral kot najustreznejši zapis označevanje s QR oznakami, kot tehnologijo označevanja pa termični tisk nalepk ter lasersko označevanje PVC polizdelkov. Na osnovi sistema označevanja je nadaljnje oblikovan sistem sledljivosti materialov, ki povezuje interno z verižno sledljivostjo. Oblikovan sistem omogoča sledenje vgrajenim materialom od vhoda v skladišče do končnega izdelka ter obratno. Z uvedbo sistema v podjetju vplivamo tako na zaposlene, poslovne procese kot tudi na kupce same. Izognemo se nepotrebnemu administrativnemu delu, zmanjšamo možnost nastanka napak kot posledica človeškega faktorja, avtomatiziramo procese ter uvedemo nadzor nad njimi v podjetju, s čimer optimiziramo upravljanje kakovosti. Sistem omogoča tudi hitrejše, učinkovitejše po prodajne aktivnosti, ki hkrati prinašajo nižje stroške ter dvigujejo zadovoljstvo kupcev.

Title:Development of traceability and labelling system in prefabricated storage hall program of company Petre d.o.o.
Abstract:The following master thesis thesis presents the current state of traceability of products in the company with the purpose of developing a system of labelling them with traceability tags, which enables the development of traceability system. Using the method of bilateral comparison of predefined criteria for the selection of the appropriate label format and the appropriate marking technology, as well as the decision matrix according to the selected criteria of the individual labeling tags and marking technologies, I selected QR labelling as the most appropriate tag, and thermal label printing technology combined with laser marking of PVC products. On the basis of the labelling system, a further system of material traceability is developed, which links internal with chain traceability. The designed system allows tracing of embedded materials from the entrance to the warehouse to the finished product and vice versa. With the introduction of the system, it affects employees, business processes and customers themselves. It helps avoiding unnecessary administrative work, reduce the possibility of errors as a result of the human error, automate processes and introduce control over them, thereby optimising quality management in the company. The system also enables faster, more efficient after-sales activities, which at the same time bring lower costs and increase customer satisfaction.
