Title:Uporabniški vmesnik in krmilni sistem 3-osne učne laboratorijske rotacijske mize : diplomsko delo

Abstract:Delo predstavlja načrtovanje in izvedbo krmilnega sistema za vodenje 3-osne rotacijske mize z DSP krmilnikom. Krmilni sistem omogoča vodenje rotacijske mize v sklepnih in kartezičnih koordinatah z možnostjo parametriziranja začetne in končne orientacije, pospeška ter hitrosti. V delu je predstavljen algoritem generiranja sklepnih referenčnih trajektorij z linearno interpolacijo v prostoru sklepnih koordinat ter s sferično linearno interpolacijo (SLERP) v kartezičnem orientacijskem prostoru. Za upravljanje s krmilnim sistemom na DSP krmilniku je nastal pripadajoč uporabniški vmesnik, ki je bil zgrajen v programu LABView. Preko uporabniškega vmesnika se lahko nastavljajo parametri krmilnega sistema. Za potrebe testiranja delovanja krmilnega sistema je nastal virtualni dinamični model 3-osne rotacijske mize v programu Simulink, prikazani pa so tudi rezultati testiranja.

Title:User interface and control system of 3-axis rotation table for laboratory and teaching purpose
Abstract:The thesis presents the design and implementation of a control system for a 3-axis rotary table with a DSP controller. The control system enables the control of the rotary table in the joint and cartesian coordinates, with the possibility of parameterizing the initial and final orientation, acceleration and velocity. The paper represents an algorithm for generating joint reference trajectories with linear interpolation in joint space and with spherical linear interpolation (SLERP) in Cartesian orientation space. The control system parameters can be set via the user interface which was created in LABView program. To test the control system, a virtual dynamic model of the 3-axis rotary table was created in Simulink. The test results are also presented.
