Title:Dizajn delovnega okolja na kritični poti članov kabinskega osebja v potniški kabini letala

Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava dizajn delovnega mesta na kritični poti članov kabinskega osebja v potniški kabini letala. Predstavljen je vpliv različnih telesnih drž članov kabinskega osebja med pripravo kabine pred prihodom potnikov na letalo in med strežbo ter vpliv okolja na člane kabinskega osebja v letalu (turbulence, vibracije, hrup, tlak, temperatura zraka …). Raziskava, ki je bila narejena še v času polne aktivnosti Adrie Airways, d. o. o., in je predstavljena v empiričnem delu magistrskega dela, temelji na podatkih, ki smo jih pridobili s pomočjo ankete, izvedene v mesecu aprilu 2019, v katero so bili vključeni redno zaposleni in študenti, ki so opravljali delo člana kabinskega osebja v podjetju Adria Airways, d. o. o. Anketo je rešilo 43 anketirancev. Ergonomska metoda OWAS temelji na dokumentiranih podatkih, pridobljenih na letu novembra 2018 s pomočjo kamere na mobilnem telefonu. Metodi RULA in REBA temeljita na anketiranju članov kabinskega osebja na posameznem delovnem mestu, zato sta v večji meri odvisni od občutka, realnosti in interpretacije podatkov. Lundqvistov indeks pa računsko določa odstotne deleže težavnosti, v kateri se znajdejo člani kabinskega osebja pri opravljanju del in nalog. Vse slike in posnetke za analizo smo pridobili s pomočjo mobilnega telefona. Ključni del pri ocenjevanju dizajna delovnega mesta na kritični poti članov kabinskega osebja v potniški kabini letala so bila vprašanja, ki so vključevala subjektivno oceno o razmerah na letalu in zdravstvenem stanju posameznika. Večina anketirancev je mnenja, da razmere (suh zrak, hrup, mraz, vročina, vibracije in manjša koncentracija kisika) vplivajo na njihovo zdravje. Iz rezultatov raziskave je razvidno, da 46,5 % anketirancev na letalu zelo moti hrup. Prav zaradi hrupa 88,4 % anketirancev sliši manj in ima glavobole. Prav tako smo ugotovili, da 72,1 % članov kabinskega osebja po končanem letenju boli hrbet, 51,2 % pa vrat zaradi upognjene drže vratu in hrbta kabinskega osebja pri pripravi kabine na let. 97,7 % anketirancev je mnenja, da bi se razmere v letalu lahko izboljšalo. V okviru magistrskega dela smo izpostavili nekatera ključna področja izboljšav. Predlagali smo dodatne raziskave, s katerimi bi ugotovili dejavnike, ki ovirajo ergonomske izboljšave za člane kabinskega osebja glede strežbe na letalu, ocenili učinek predlogov izboljšav glede izboljšanja dizajna (ergonomije) na delovnem mestu ter predlagali boljše ozaveščanje zaposlenih o ergonomiji na delovnem mestu, saj veliko lahko naredijo zaposleni tudi sami.

Title:Design of the work place on the critical parth of the cabin crew members in the cabin of an aircraft
Abstract:This master's thesis focuses on the workplace design during a critical flight of cabin crew members in an airplane's passenger compartment. We present the effect of different body postures of cabin crew members during the cabin preparation before the passengers' arrival on the plane and the service as well as the environmental impact on the cabin crew members in the airplane (turbulences, vibrations, noise, pressure, air temperature, etc.). The study, which was conducted when Adria Airways was fully active and is presented in the empirical part of the thesis, is based on the data obtained by a survey, which was carried out in April 2019, including the regularly employed and the students who performed the cabin crew work in Adria Airways. 43 interviewees participated in the survey. The OWAS ergonomic method is based on the documented data, obtained in November 2018 with the help of a mobile camera. The RULA and REBA methods are based on interviewing the cabin crew members on individual workplaces, which is why they mostly depend on the feeling, reality and interpretation of data. The Lundqvist's index calculates the ratio of difficulty, which the cabin crew members undergo in performing their work and tasks. All pictures and videos for the analysis were obtained using a mobile phone. The key element of the evaluation of the workplace design during a critical flight of cabin crew members in an airplane's passenger compartment were the questions, including the subjective evaluation of the condition in the airplane and the medical condition of an individual. Most of the interviewees believe that the conditions (dry air, noise, cold, heat, vibration and a reduced amount of oxygen) affect their health. The results of the survey show that 46.5 % of the interviewees are severely bothered by noise. It is due to this noise that 88.4 % of them have a hearing impairment and headaches. It was also determined that 72.1 % of the cabin crew members suffer from a backache after the flight and 51.2 % from a neckache that is a result from bent neck and back during the cabin preparation. 97.7 % of the interviewees think that the conditions in the airplane could be improved. ergonomija, dizajn, delovno mesto, kabinsko osebje, REBA, RULA, OWAS.In the scope of the master's thesis, we highlighted some of the key areas of improvement. We suggested additional research, which would determine the factors hindering the ergonomic improvements of the cabin crew members regarding the service on the airplane. What is more, we also evaluated what effects the improvements would have regarding an improved workplace design (ergonomics) and suggested to make the cabin crew members aware of the ergonomics at a workplace as a lot can be done by the employees themselves.
