Abstract:Diplomsko delo v prvi fazi obravnava trdnostno analizo konstrukcije povezovalnega jarma varilnega pozicionerja P 8000MN s pomočjo orodij za numerično analizo, saj le ta spada med kompleksne konstrukcije. Na osnovi rezultatov analize, z obzirom na podane zahteve in lastnosti uporabljenih materialov je bila konstrukcija ovrednotena kot ustrezna. Druga faza diplomskega dela obsega povzetek standardov, priporočil in rezultatov raziskav s področja varjenja, kar je služilo kot osnova za izdelavo varilskega načrta in pripadajočih navodil za varjenje (WPS).

Title:Connection Yoke Strenght Analysis and Welding Technology
Abstract:First phase of the diploma thesis discusses the strength analysis of the welding positioner connection yoke construction with numerical analysis tools, since it belongs to complex structures. Based on the analysis results, with consideration of the given requirements and properties of the materials used, the construction was evaluated as appropriate. The second phase consists of a summary of standards, recommendations and research results in connection with welding, which served as a basis for the preparation of the welding plan and the belonging welding procedure specifications (WPS).
