Title:Vpliv informacijskega sistema za večprojektno vodenje na razporejanje kadrovskih virov

Abstract:Magistrska naloga se je nanašala na problem razporejanja virov v večprojektnem okolju s poudarkom na človeških virih, pri čemer se organizacije srečujejo predvsem z omejitvami njihovih izkušenj, kompetenc in razpoložljivosti. Problem se je nanašal na programsko rešitev 4PM in sicer, ali lahko z uvedbo celovite programske rešitve 4PM učinkoviteje razporejamo kadre v večprojektnem okolju. Problem je aktualen predvsem zato, ker morajo managerji v današnjem času sprejemati hitre odločitve, imeti jasno zastavljene in določene cilje, prav tako pa morajo učinkovito razporejati vire. Stanje lahko v nasprotnem primeru postane neobvladljivo, nakar prihaja do zamud na projektih, stroškov, izgub, odhoda kadrov, slabe volje itd., zato je pomembno, da se kadre učinkovito in pravilno razporeja. Problem smo reševali na podlagi študije primera, saj smo lahko dostopali do konkretnega podjetja in s tem tudi do konkretnih problemov in izzivov, s katerimi se podjetje sooča pri načrtovanju zasedenosti kadrov v večprojektnem okolju. Razvili smo protokol, s katerim smo opredelili metode zbiranja podatkov kot je intervju ter metode analiziranja podatkov kot je analiza intervjuja. Pri opredeljevanju problema smo si pomagali s teoretičnimi osnovami, ki smo jih pridobili na podlagi ustrezne literature in s pridobljenimi podatki iz podjetja. Po opravljenem intervjuju in analizi informacij smo ugotovili, da se je stanje v podjetju glede razporejanja in upravljanja človeških virov po uvedbi programske rešitve 4PM izboljšalo, saj 4PM nudi veliko različnih funkcionalnosti, s katerimi podjetje lahko lažje in učinkoviteje upravlja s človeškimi viri, poleg tega pa jim 4PM nudi odličen pregled nad projekti in njihovimi nalogami ter oddelanimi urami posameznih zaposlenih na projektu. Na koncu oziroma v zaključku smo podali tudi nekatere smernice za naprej, s katerimi bi lahko izboljšali nekatere funkcionalnosti 4PM, ki jih trenutno ni, in na podlagi katerih bi bilo upravljanje s človeškimi viri lažje in učinkovitejše.

Title:The impact of the information system for multi-project management on personnel positioning
Abstract:In master's thesis, we wanted to highlight the difficulties that companies face when they try to relocate resources in cross-curricular context where we put our focus on human resources. In this situations organizations have to consider that everyone have different experience, competences and availability. The problem was with the 4PM software solution, namely, whether we could allocate human resources in a multi-project environment by introducing a comprehensive 4PM software solution. The problem is concrete mostly because nowadays managers have to make quick decisions, clearly set goals and they have to allocate available resources effectively. Otherwise, the situation may become unmanageable, which resolve in delays in projects, increased costs, money loses, staff leaving, etc., so it is important that the staff is effectively and properly allocated. We solved the problem based on a case study, since we were able to access a specific company and the concrete problems and challenges that the company faces when planning staff allocating in multi-project environment. We have developed a protocol that defines data collection methods such as interviews and data analysis methods such as interview analysis. At identifying the problem, we have used the theoretical basics, which we gain in relevant literature reviews and with collected data from the company. After conduction an interview and analysing the information, we found out that the situation in the company regarding the scheduling and management of human resources has improved since the introduction of the 4PM software solution. 4PM offers many different functionalities, with which the company can manage human resources easier and more effective. Besides that, 4PM gives them an excellent overview of the projects and tasks and by hours spent by individuals spent on specific project. In the conclusion, we outlined some forward-looking guidelines that can help to improve some of the 4PM functionalities that are currently not present and would make human resources management easier and more efficient.
