Title:Vsebnost mikotoksinov T-2, HT-2 in deoksinivalenola v živilih in krmi v Sloveniji med leti 2012 in 2016

Abstract:Mikotoksini so sekundarni metaboliti nekaterih plesni in so naravna onesnaževala v živilih in krmi. Analizirana je bila vsebnost mikotoksinov deoksinivalenol (DON), T-2 in HT-2 v vzorcih živil in krme med leti 2012 - 2016. Za analizo smo uporabili podatke, ki so nam jih poslali iz Urada RS za varnost hrane, veterinarstvo in varstvo rastlin, ki so vzorce pridobili z vzorčenjem, ki je bil v skladu s programom uradnega nadzora živil. Delež vzorcev živil, ki so bili onesnaženi z vsaj enim izmed obravnavanih toksinov, znaša 34,7 %, v krmi pa 63,8 %. Med leti 2012 in 2016 nismo zaznali trenda upadanja pojavnosti mikotoksinov v živilih in krmi. Največji delež zaznanih mikotoksinov v hrani je bil v trdih žitih, v živilih, pripravljenih za uživanje (kruh in testenine), pa je bil delež nižji. Pri krmi smo mikotoksine največkrat zaznali v dopolnilni in popolni krmni mešanici za prašiče.

Title:Mycotoxins T-2, HT-2 and Deoxinivalenol in Food and Feed samples in Slovenia between 2012 and 2016
Abstract:Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites of certain moulds and are naturally occuring contaminants in food and feed. We analysed the contamination of the following mycotoxins: deoxynivalenol (DON), T-2 and HT-2 in food and feed samples between the years 2012 and 2016. For the analysis, data was sourced from the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Food Safety, Veterinary Sector and Plant Protection, who obtained the samples from the official food control plan. The percentage of food samples, contaminated with at least one of the mentioned toxins, was 34,7%, and the percentage of feed samples, contaminated with at least one of the mentioned toxins, was 63,8 %. Between the years 2012 and 2016, the trend of mycotoxin occurence did not decrease. The highest percentage of contaminated food samples was in the group of grains and decreased as the foods got processed and prepared for consumation (for example bread and pasta). The highest share of contaminated samples in feed was found in complementary and complete feed for pigs.
