Title:Razvoj kadrov v varostnem sistemu : diplomsko delo visokošolskega študijskega programa Informacijska varnost

Abstract:Kadri so eden kazalcev uspešnosti delovanja podjetja. Podjetja vse več pozornosti usmerjajo v izobraževanje in razvoj kadra. Zaposleni morajo na svojem delovnem mestu sprejemati odgovornost, saj to spodbuja njihovo ustvarjalnost in iniciativnost. V nekaterih podjetjih, predvsem v tujini, vse bolj uporabljajo inovativni pristop izobraževanja in razvoj zaposlenih, ki temelji na e-izobraževanju, ekstremnem usposabljanju, vseživljenjskem učenju, rotacijskem usposabljanju in simulacijskem izobraževanju. Naloge kadrovske službe so, da pazljivo izbirajo kandidate za nova delovna mesta. Organizacije morajo nenehno pritegovati kandidate, ti morajo biti ustrezno izobraženi, saj bodo organizaciji pomagali dosegati zastavljene cilje. Pri izbiri kandidatov podjetja uporabljajo različne metode, najpogosteje uporabljene metode so: življenjepis, obrazci za prijavo, intervju, zaposlitveni testi, ocenjevalni centri in zdravniški pregled, da izberejo najprimernejšega posameznika za razpisano delovno mesto. Organizacije lahko kandidate pridobivajo preko notranjih ali zunanjih virov, vendar se pogosteje uporablja zunanji vir pridobivanja kadrov. Posamezniki, ki se prijavijo na razpisano delovno mesto v varnostnem sistemu, morajo izpolnjevati pogoje, ki jih zahtevajo predpisi za tega. Varnostni sistem v podjetju predstavlja fizično varnost in menedžment informacijske varnosti. Fizična varnost zajema opremo in naprave, ki varujejo objekt pred neželenim vstopom, medtem ko informacijska varnost zajema informacije in podatke, ki so najpomembnejša sredstva organizacije.

Title:Staff development in security system
Abstract:Personnel systems are one of most important indicators of the company's overall success. Companies pay more and more attention to the development and education of their personnel. Employees are encouraged to take their share of responsibility since it increases their creativity and initiative. Foreign companies in particular use innovative approaches in personnel development and education. The most common ones are based on e-Education, extreme training techniques, lifelong learning, rotational training and simulated education activities. Human resource management has to carefully choose candidates for the vacancies. Companies on the other hand must stay competitive to attract top candidates which must be appropriately qualified in return. Only such candidates can help the company to achieve their business goals. A variety of methods are used in the personnel selection process. The most common ones are professional resumes, employment application forms, employment interviews, employment testing, employment development centres and pre-employment medical exams. In order for the company to choose the most suitable candidates all of the above-mentioned methods are used. Candidates are recruited through internal and external sources even though external ones are used more often. Individuals that apply for security system jobs have to meet the requirements set for a certain job position. A company's security system includes both its physical safety and information safety management. Physical safety includes equipment that helps prevent unwanted entry, information safety on the other hand includes management of information and data which are the most valuable company's asset.
