Title:Razširjenost prekomerne telesne teže in debelosti med odraslo populacijo

Abstract:Izhodišča, namen: Prekomerna telesna teža in debelost sta velik problem pri nas in po svetu. Namen zaključnega dela je bil predstaviti razširjenost debelosti v savinjski regiji, med odraslo populacijo. Raziskovalna metodologija in metode: Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo dela s študijem domače in tuje literature. V empiričnem delu zaključnega dela pa smo za zbiranje podatkov uporabili anketni vprašalnik. Oblikovali smo ga na podlagi vprašalnika Nacionalnega inštituta za javno zdravje, vprašalnik CEBQ. Raziskava je potekala meseca maja 2019, v njej je sodelovalo 200 anketirancev med 21. in 65. letom starosti. Rezultati: Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so moški in ženske v savinjski regiji čezmerno hranjeni. Povprečen ITM žensk v savinjski regiji znaša 25,74, povprečen ITM moških pa 26,71. Ugotovili smo tudi, da več kot polovica ljudi pozna program CINDI in čemu je namenjen. Diskusija in zaključek: Razširjenost prekomerne telesne teže in debelosti je velik javno zdravstveni problem. Pomembno je, da zdravstveni delavci ozaveščamo ljudi o zdravem načinu življenja in zmanjševanju telesne teže, saj se morajo ljudje zavedati kako vpliva prekomerna telesna teža na njihovo počutje in zdravje.

Title:The prevalence of overweight and obesity among the adult population
Abstract:Introduction: Overweight and obesity are a major problem in our country and around the world. The purpose of the final work was to present the prevalence of obesity in Savinjska region, among the adult population. Methods: We used a descriptive method of works by studying domestic and foreign literature. In the empirical part of the final work, we use a data collection survey questionnaire. We have designed on the basis of a questionnaire by the National Institute of public health, the questionnaire CEBQ. The survey is held in the month of May 2019, involving 200 respondents between 21. And 65. Years of age. Results: The results of the survey showed that men and women in the savinjska region are overweight. The average BMI of women in the savinjska region is 25.74, the average of BMI for men, 26.71. We also found that more than half of people familiar with the CINDI and what it is intended for. Discussion and conclusion: The prevalence of overweight and obesity is a major public health problem. It is important that health professionals awareness of a healthy lifestyle and reducing the body weight, because people have to realize how the impact of overweight on their well-being and health.
