Abstract:Magistrska naloga zajema izboljšavo nosilca napajalne enote. Potekala je v sodelovanju s podjetjem Gorenje (program Pralno-sušilni aparati). V želji po lažji montaži nosilca na proizvodnem traku, večji produktivnosti in ergonomiji delovnega mesta smo se odločili za njegovo izboljšavo. Razvoj smo začeli z izdelavo konceptnih skic in 3D modelov. Sledila je izdelava na 3D tiskalniku in testiranje vgradnje. Nato je bila opravljena sprememba na orodju, izdelava preizkusnih kosov in podana končna ocena izboljšave. Nalogo smo zaključili s potrditvijo in vpeljavo izdelka v proizvodni proces

Title:Technical improvement of power unit bracket fitting on sidewall of tumble dryer
Abstract:Master thesis includes improvement of power unit bracket. It was done in collaboration with the company Gorenje (Washing-drying machines division). The power unit bracket was improved for easier assembling on production line, higher productivity and more ergonomic workplace. Development started with concept sketches and 3D modeling, followed by 3D printing of theprototype and testing. After the change on plastic injection tool, production of test pieces and evaluation of improvement was made. Master thesis was finished with validation and implementation into the production process.
