Abstract:V magistrskem delu smo oblikovali pohodno ploščo iz polimera. Oblika je posledica robnih pogojev, materiala in optimiranja več podpornih vzorcev glede na količino potrebnega volumna in trdnostne lastnosti. Pri optimiranju smo upoštevali tudi tehnološka priporočila za oblikovanje brizganih izdelkov. Izvedli smo več geometrijskih rešitev ter jih numerično analizirali na tlačne in upogibne karakteristike. S končno rešitvijo, ki zadovoljuje vse konstrukcijske in tehnološke zahteve, smo dosegli sedemnajstodstotno zmanjšanje volumna kvadratnega metra plošč glede na konkurenco.

Title:Design of polymer ground protection mat
Abstract:In this master thesis we design ground protection mat from polymer. The design is result of boundary conditions, material and the optimization of support patterns finding best fitting between volume and strength. In optimizing process, we also consider the technological recommendations for designing injection molding-based products. We perform numerical optimization on geometrical solutions on compressive and bending strength. With the final design, satisfying all design and technological requirements, we achieved seventeen percent reduction of volume per square meter of mats relative to competition.
