Abstract:Ključni dejavnik za uspešnost podjetij, ki temeljijo na znanju, je organizacijska energija. Podjetja z visoko stopnjo produktivne organizacijske energije izkazujejo intenzivna, pozitivna čustva, veliko pozornosti in aktivnosti, ki so usmerjene v strateške cilje podjetja. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili organizacijsko energijo, kako jo merimo, kako je povezana s kulturo in klimo podjetja. Avtorji opisujejo štiri stanja organizacijske energije, in sicer: produktivna energija, korozivna energija, udobna inertnost in ravnodušna inertnost. V magistrski nalogi smo opredelili načine za dvig organizacijske energije, ki je za podjetja koristna tudi v tekmovanju s konkurenco.

Title:The influence of managers on the organizational energy of the company
Abstract:A key factor for the success of knowledge-based businesses is organizational energy. Companies with a high level of productive organizational energy display intense, positive emotions, a lot of attention and activities that are focused on the strategic goals of the company. In the theoretical part we have presented organizational energy, how it is measured, how it is related to the culture and climate of the company. The authors describe four states of organizational energy, namely: productive energy, corrosive energy, comfortable inertia, and indifferent inertia. In the master's thesis, we identified ways to raise organizational energy, which is also useful for companies in competition with competitors.
