Title:Vloga vzdrževanja v digitalni dobi

Abstract:Namen diplomskega dela je raziskali in preučili pojem industrija 4.0, digitalizacijo poslovanja in povezavo zgoraj omenjenih pojmov z vzdrževanjem. V času pisanja diplomskega dela smo želeli spoznati vlogo vzdrževanja v digitalni dobi, saj vse večji razvoj tehnologije prinaša novosti, s tem pa prihajajo tudi spremembe, katere zajema industrija 4.0. Gre za četrto industrijsko revolucijo, ki prinaša spremembe na področju pametne tehnologije. Z razvojem tehnologije prihaja tudi do boljšega nadzora in analitike s področja vzdrževanja opreme, strojev, sistemov, itd., v celotnem sistemu podjetja, kar pomaga pri izboljšanju ključnih kazalcev, kot so manjša poraba energije, večja produktivnost, večja kvaliteta, večja zanesljivost in sigurnost proizvodnje, kar vodi v večji prihranek ter nenazadnje večji dobiček. V diplomskem delu smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika o razširjenosti in uporabi vzdrževanja 4.0 celovito raziskovali omenjeno področje. Želeli smo predstaviti stanje v slovenskem gospodarstvu, zato smo se z anketnim vprašalnikom omejili le na slovenska podjetja. Raziskava nam je bila v pomoč pri analizi implementiranosti vzdrževanja 4.0 v gospodarstvu. Med raziskavo smo pridobili zanimive ugotovitve. Povzamemo lahko, da je industrija 4.0 v Sloveniji v veliki meri že prisotna, kljub temu pa v večini podjetij še ni implementirana kot celota, kar onemogoča ključne prednosti uporabe industrije 4.0 kot take. Pri vzdrževanju je bilo ugotovljeno, da je večina anketiranih podjetjih pri vpeljavi preventivnega vzdrževanja opazila, da jim to pomaga pri zmanjšanju stroškov in daljši življenjski dobi opreme, kljub temu pa kar nekaj posameznikov še vedno ne uporablja oz. ne vpeljuje raznih programskih orodij in tehnik, ki bi jim pomagale pri boljšem pregledu in analizi za nadaljnje delo. Zaključimo lahko, da bo vse več ljudi začelo implementirati industrijo 4.0 v svoje sisteme, saj jim bo lahko pomagalo pri izboljšavah samega sistema in programov, hkrati pa pri zmanjšanju različnih dejavnikov, ki ogrožajo boljšo uspešnost podjetja.

Title:The role of maintenance in digital era
Abstract:The purpose of the diploma thesis is to explore and examine the concept of the industry 4.0, digitalization of business operation and a connection between above mentioned concepts and maintenance. In the time of writing the diploma thesis we wanted to learn more about a role of maintenance in the digital age. Namely, an increasing development of technology brings innovations which trigger changes included in the concept of the industry 4.0. It presents the fourth industrial revolution which brings changes in a field of a smart technology. Evolvement of technology is accompanied also by a better control and analyticity with regard to maintenance of equipment, machines, systems, etc., in the whole company system, what contributes to improvement of key indicators, such as smaller energy use, higher productivity, higher quality, higher reliability of production. Consequently, it provides higher savings and higher profits. In the diploma thesis we used a questionnaire about the extent and usage of the maintenance 4.0 to explore this field in a comprehensive manner. We wanted to uncover a situation in the Slovenian economy, and therefore we limited our study only to Slovenian companies. The study was an important step in the analysis of implementation the maintenance 4.0 in the economy. In a process of research we yielded interesting results. We can summarize, that the industry 4.0 is found in Slovenia to quite a large extent. However, in a majority of companies it is not implemented as a whole, what disables crucial advantages of using the industry 4.0 as such. Regarding maintenance it was realised, that a majority of examined companies in a process of implementation a preventive maintenance found out its contribution to reducing costs and prolongation the lifetime of equipment. Despite of this a relatively big portion of individuals still avoids implementation of various software tools and techniques which would provide them better control and analysis to improve their productivity in the future. We can conclude, that an increasing number of people will start implementing the industry 4.0 in their systems, because it could help them to enhance the system and software themselves, as well as restrict an impact of various factors which decrease their performance.
