Abstract:	Poslovne skrivnosti imajo velik pomen za podjetje, saj vsebujejo znanje zaposlenih, razvoj ipd., ki bi konkurenci omogočile večji napredek brez vloženih stroškov. Ob primeri izdaje le teh, je vključeno notranjo okolje podjetja in zunanjo, med temi spada tudi zaupanje odjemalcev in trga. V tem diplomskem projektu bomo spoznali kaj so poslovne skrivnosti, njihovo opredelitev po določenih zakonih, lastnosti dobrih poslovnih informacij, stroške oz. izgube ob izdaji ipd. Hkrati bomo v diplomskem delu tudi spoznali računovodske informacije in osebe, ki imajo z njimi največ stika- računovodje. Cilj tega projekta je da spoznamo pomen poslovnih informacij za podjetja in s pomočjo ankete, spoznamo tudi njihovo zavedanje o tem.

Title:	Protection of business secrets in a company with an emphasis on accounting information
Abstract:	Trade secrets have great importance for the company, as they include the knowledge of employees, development, etc., which would allow competition to make more progress without the costs invested. Examples of the issue of these include the internal environment of the company and the external, including the trust of consumers and the market. In this graduation project, we will find out what the trade secrets are, their definition by certain laws, the properties of good business information, costs or losses at issue, etc. At the same time, we will also meet accounting information and persons with the most contact-accountants in the diploma work. The aim of this project is to find out the importance of business information for businesses and through the survey, and also to know their awareness of it.
