Abstract:Namen diplomske naloge je bila izdelava programa, kateri bi s pomočjo laserja preveril ali je izdelek v nastavljenih tolerancah. Uporabili smo linearno os s koračnim motorjem, analogni laser za merjenje razdalje in krmilnik Siemens. Krmilnik nam je služil za premikanje linearne osi ter za zajemanje signalov laserja. Nanj smo priklopili HMI modul, na katerem je uporabniški vmesnik. Celoten program krmilnika in uporabniški vmesnik smo napisali v programu TIA PORTAL V13.

Title:Automated optical verification of the final dimensions of the product
Abstract:The purpose of this thesis was to create a program to check if the product was within the set tolerances, with the help of a laser. We used a linear axis with stepper motor, an analog laser for distance measurement and a Siemens controller. The controller was used to move the linear axis and to capture the laser signals. We connected the HMI module with the user interface on it. The entire controller program and user interface was written in TIA PORTAL V13.
