Abstract:V magistrskem delu smo raziskovali vpliv organizacijske kulture na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v slovenskih logističnih podjetjih.

Title:Organizational culture in slovene logistics companies and its impact on employee satisfaction
Abstract:In the master's thesis, we investigated the influence of organizational culture on the satisfaction of employees in Slovenian logistics companies. For the purpose of the research, we made a survey questionnaire, which included an OCAI questionnaire according to Cameron and Quinn for organizational culture and a questionnaire for employees’ satisfaction according to Renata Mihalič. Based on the questionnaire, we found out the correlation between these two concepts and the type of culture the employees of the Slovene logistics companies are the most and least satisfied with. The master's thesis consists of the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part consists of the organizational culture and employees’ satisfaction. In organizational culture, we described the term and provided some definitions by different authors. We included the basic characteristics of organizational culture and introduced some models by which culture can be placed in different types. In addition to defining the concept, we also outlined why it is important, listed factors that influence satisfaction, and described three models of satisfaction. In the empirical part, we presented the methods used in the master's thesis. We described both questionnaires that were included in the final survey questionnaire. This is followed by a presentation of the results obtained and confirmation of the hypotheses. Finally, we listed the findings of the study in the conclusion.
