Title:Nadaljnja izobraževanja in usposabljanja za strokovne delavce vrtca na temo lutkovno gledališke vzgoje

Abstract:V diplomskem delu z naslovom Nadaljnja izobraževanja in usposabljanja strokovnih delavcev vrtca na temo lutkovno gledališke vzgoje je teoretičen del razdeljen na tri sklope. V prvem sklopu je opisana sama gledališka vzgoja, ki se povezuje z lutkovnogledališko vzgojo, njenimi značilnostmi ter cilji. Drugi sklop zavzema nadaljnja izobraževanja in usposabljanja, njihov pomen, programe in oblike. V tretjem sklopu pa so predstavljena nadaljnja izobraževanja in usposabljanja na področju lutkovno gledališke vzgoje (organizatorji, oblike izobraževanj in usposabljanj, ponudbe). V empiričnem delu smo predstavili pridobljene podatke, ki smo jih pridobili s pomočjo anketnih vprašalnikov (reševali so jih vzgojitelji in pomočniki vzgojiteljev prekmurskih vrtcev). Z anketnimi vprašalniki smo želeli ugotoviti, kaj strokovni delavci vrtcev mislijo o nadaljnjih izobraževanjih in usposabljanjih v Sloveniji, v kolikšni meri se jih udeležujejo, kako je z udeležbo na omenjenih izobraževanjih in usposabljanjih na temo lutkovno gledališke vzgoje na območju Prekmurja, kakšna je pri tem uspešnost, kako je z iskanjem teme in kdo so pobudniki za nadaljnja izobraževanja in usposabljanja na to tematiko.

Title:Permanent professional development in puppetry and drama for preschol teachers
Abstract:In the bachelor’s thesis titled Permanent professional development in puppetry and drama for preschool teachers, the theoretical part is divided into three parts. The first part describes theater education which is connected with puppetry education, its characteristics, and goals. The second part includes further education and training, their significance, programs, and forms. In the third part, further education and training are presented in the field of puppetry education (organizers, a form of education and training, and offers). In the empirical part, we presented the acquired data which we gained by means of survey questionnaires (they were filled in by preschool teachers and their assistants of kindergartens in Prekmurje. By survey questionnaires, we wished to ascertain what preschool teachers and their assistants think about further education and training in Slovenia, to what extent they participate in them, what is the participation in the mentioned education and training in puppetry education in the region of Prekmurje, what is the successfulness in the process, what is the situation with searching for the theme, and who are the initiators for further education and training in this field.
