V teh tezah podrobneje opisujemo model digitalne zrelosti podjetij in naklonjenost digitalni transformaciji.

Title:Slovenian companies digital maturity level
Abstract:As digital technologies are drastically transforming industries these days, many companies are implementing profound changes to catch up with digitalisation trends in order to simply keep up with competitors. Digital transformation is a cultural, organizational and operational change of an organization, industry or ecosystem by smartly integrating digital technologies, processes and competencies at all levels and functions in a continuous and strategic way. In this thesis, we elaborate on the model of digital maturity of the companies, and the affinity toward the digital transformation. According to these, we examine the survey reports of Slovene companies to identify the relations between the digital maturity and the company industry (IT or non-IT), and the size of the company and the digitalisation related investments. Interestingly enough in all three examined topics, the correlation level is not statistically significant. The thesis results are therefore important for further research to identify the relations between the digitalisation related properties in a company.
