Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava topološko optimizacijo premnika za dirkalnik razreda Formula Student. V diplomskem delu so opisane naloge premnika in obremenitve, ki delujejo nanj. Zbiranje podatkov za samo optimizacijo se je začelo z določitvijo geometrijskih omejitev. Sledil je preračun sil, ki delujejo na kolo dirkalnika in posledično tudi na premnik. Izvedena je bila trdnostna simulacija, s katero so bile dobljene sile prenesene v sam premnik. Nato so bili vsi podatki združeni v INP datoteko in uvoženi v topološko optimizacijo, ki je bila izvedena v programu ProTOp. Rezultat optimizacije je bil uporabljen za izdelavo končnega CAD modela optimalnega premnika.

Title:Design of formula s upright by using topological optimisation
Abstract:The diploma work deals with the topological optimization of an upright of a Formula Student racecar. The diploma contains a description of the roles an upright must fulfill and the loads it must withstand. The collection of data for the optimization has begun with determining the geometrical constraints. The loads which act upon each wheel were calculated next. A FEA analysis was conducted which translated the loads from the wheel in to the upright itself. All the data was then gathered into an INP file and imported into a topological optimization in ProTOp. The optimization result was used to prepare the final CAD model of the optimal upright.
