Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo preverili trdnostno ustreznost ogrodja pnevmatske stiskalnice in njenih standardnih elementov ter opisali kinematiko gibanja pokrova in orodja. S pomočjo programskega paketa SolidWorks smo po metodi končnih elementov preračunali napetosti in pomike v ogrodju, z analitičnimi preračuni pa smo določili ustreznost sornikov in vzmeti. Preverili smo tudi največje hitrosti, ki se pojavljajo med stiskanjem orodja in odpiranjem pokrova. Ugotovili smo, da so napetosti v ogrodju in sorniki v mejah dopustnih napetosti, vzmeti pa so prav tako ustrezno dimenzionirane.

Title:Strength and kinematic analysis of the pneumatic press
Abstract:In this diploma thesis we have analysed the strength of the frame of the pneumatic press, its standard elements and we described the motion kinematics of the tool and the lid. The displacement and stress in the frame were calculated numerically based on the finite element method using the SolidWorks software. Suitability of the springs and bolts were calculated analytically. We have analysed the velocities that occur during the pressing of the tool and the velocities of the lid during operation. Results have shown that stresses in the frame and bolts are below the maximum stresses and that the springs are appropriately designed.
