Title:Medvrstniško nasilje v izbrani manjši osnovni šoli : magistrsko delo

Abstract:Magistrsko delo raziskuje odkrivanje in ukrepanje v primerih medvrstniškega nasilja na izbrani manjši osnovni šoli. V teoretičnem delu se naloga osredotoča na definiranje posameznih oblik medvrstniškega nasilja in vlog, ki jih imajo vpleteni učenci. Teoretični del naloge zajema tudi opis možnih vzgojnih ukrepov šole v primerih medvrstniškega nasilja, ki si jih po Zakonu o osnovni šoli (»Zakon o osnovni šoli [ZOsn-UPB3]«, 1996) določi vsaka osnovna šola sama v pravilniku in vzgojnem načrtu šole. Raziskovalni del zaključne naloge je sestavljen iz ključnih primerov posameznih vrst medvrstniškega nasilja, za katere smo izvedeli preko opravljenih polstrukturiranih intervjujev s strokovnim osebjem na izbrani manjši osnovni šoli. S pomočjo analize intervjujev smo nadgradili teoretično znanje in dobili realnejši vpogled v aktualno stanje na področju medvrstniškega nasilja manjših osnovnih šol. Analiza intervjujev nam je omogočila tudi primerjavo odstopanja teorije od prakse, pri čemer smo prišli do spoznanja, da se teorija medvrstniškega nasilja kaže tudi v praksi, a je na določenih področjih, kot je npr. spletno medvrstniško nasilje, še premalo raziskana. S pomočjo opravljenih intervjujev smo izpostavili pomanjkljivosti, ki smo jih zasledili pri samem ravnanju, kot tudi pri ozaveščanju vseh vpletenih. Kot velika pomanjkljivost se je pokazalo nepoznavanje spletnega medvrstniškega nasilja s strani staršev učencev, ki nemalokrat ne vedo kakšne spletne portale uporabljajo njihovi otroci. Prav tako smo kot pomanjkljivost zaznali prešibko kontrolo nad storilci psihičnega nasilja, saj naj bi bile hujše oblike psihičnega nasilja v praksi izbrane manjše osnovne šole zelo prisotne. Podani predlogi za izboljšanje aktualnih razmer na področju medvrstniškega nasilja so usmerjeni predvsem v dosledno izvajanje ničelne tolerance do nasilja vseh vpletenih in večjo vpletenost staršev v preventivne aktivnosti preprečevanja medvrstniškega nasilja, saj so se predvsem na področju prevencije spletnega medvrstniškega nasilja pokazale velike pomanjkljivosti na njihovi strani.

Title:Bullying in selected smaller primary school
Abstract:The master's thesis is exploring the realities of detecting and responding to peer violence as known as bullying at a selected smaller primary school. The literature review is targeted torwards defining the various forms of peer violence and the roles that the involved students have. The literature review also covers the description of possible educational measures of the school in cases of bullying, which are determined by each elementary school in the rules and educational plan of the school according to the Primary School Act (»ZOsn-UPB3«, 1996). The empirical part of the master's thesis consists of key examples of individual types of bullying, which were learned through semi-structured interviews with professional staff at a selected smaller elementary school. With analysing interviews, we upgraded theoretical knowledge and got a more realistic insight into the current situation in the field of bullying in smaller elementary schools. Interview analysis also allowed us to compare the deviation of theory from practice, and we came to the realization that the theory of bullying is also reflected in practice, but in certain areas, such as cyberbullying, under-explored. Through the conducted interviews, we highlighted the shortcomings found in the procedure itself, as well as in raising awareness of everyone involved. A major drawback was the lack of knowledge of online peer violence by parents of students who often do not know what kind of online portals their children use. We also perceived a lack of control over the perpetrators of psychic violence, since more severe forms of psychic violence are very present in selected smaller primary school. The suggestions given to improve the current situation in the field of bullying in smaller primary schools are aimed primarily at the consistent implementation of zero tolerance of violence of all involved and the greater involvement of parents in preventive activities of prevention of bullying, since, especially in the field of prevention of online peer violence, major deficiencies have been revealed on their part.
