Title:Analiza dejavnikov zadovoljstva zaposlenih v butičnem hotelu

Abstract:Podjetje, ki pomena zadovoljstva zaposlenih kot takega ne priznava, v današnjem času ne more več pričakovati dobrih poslovnih rezultatov. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih se odraža na vsakem koraku v podjetju, ne nazadnje tudi in predvsem pri gostih oziroma strankah. V turizmu možnosti po »popravnem izpitu« pri gostih ni kaj dosti. Nezadovoljna stranka se verjetno nikoli več ne bo vrnila, bo pa poskrbela, da za njeno nezadovoljstvo izve čim več ljudi. Merjenje zadovoljstva zaposlenih nam preko povratnih informacij razkriva, katera so tista področja, ki jih je treba spremeniti in kjer je treba uvesti nove ali dodatne ukrepe, da se poveča ali okrepi zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v organizaciji. V empiričnem delu smo anketirali zaposlene v butičnem hotelu X. Ugotovili smo, da so sodelujoči v raziskavi najbolj zadovoljni z možnostjo napredovanja, dobrim plačilom za delo in kompetencami, dobrimi medsebojnimi odnosi, prijateljsko komunikacijo v podjetju ter z dobrimi možnostmi strokovnega in osebnega razvoja. V raziskavi smo odkrili nadpovprečno zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, kljub temu smo pri nekaterih dejavnikih podali predloge, ki so za podjetje vsekakor sprejemljivi, saj s seboj ne prinašajo nobenih finančnih bremen.

Title:Analysis of factors affecting job satisfaction of the employees in boutiqe hotel
Abstract:A company which does not acknowledge the satisfaction of their employees cannot be successful. Employee satisfaction can be seen in every aspect of the company, not least and mostly when it comes to guests or customers. There are not many chances of correcting a mistake when it comes to tourism and guests. We cannot expect a dissatisfied customer to return, they will, however, most probably spread the information about their dissatisfaction to as many people as possible. The feedback on the employee satisfaction measurement reveals the areas which need to be changed and where new or additional measures need to be taken in order to increase or to strengthen the satisfaction of the employees in the organisation. The empirical part includes a survey of the X boutique hotel. We discovered that the respondents were most satisfied with the possibility of promotion, good payment for their work and competences, good human relations friendly communication in the company, and good options for professional and personal growth. The research revealed the above-average satisfaction of the employees, despite that we made some suggestions with certain factors, which are certainly acceptable for the company as they do not contribute any financial burden.
