Title:Optimizacija montažne linije za sesalne enote v podjetju Domel d.o.o.

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali optimizacijo montažne linije za sesalne enote v podjetju Domel d.o.o. s spremljanjem zastojev na liniji in iskanjem vzrokov zanje. Pri montaži nastajajo zastoji, kar pomeni večji strošek na sesalno enoto. Da bi se temu izognili, je bilo potrebno izdelati računalniško simulacijski model, ter z njim izvesti eksperimente, ter ugotoviti ali bi bilo moč del proizvodnega procesa optimirati. Na podlagi ugotovitev, povezanih z zvišanjem učinkovitosti, smo prišli do spoznanja, da bo potrebno zmanjšati zastoje, da se bomo lahko približali planirani delovni normi. Iz opažanj smo spoznali, da z zastojem na delovnem mestu, posledično prihaja do zastojev tudi na prejšnjih delovnih mestih. Na določenem delovnem mestu z največjim številom zastojev bi bilo potrebno vpeljati novo programsko rešitev, katera je namenjena izboljšavi doziranja lepila na spojne točke sestava sesalne enote. Za najprimernejšo izbiro programske rešitve smo uporabili program za pomoč pri večkriterijskem odločanju DEXi. S pomočjo večkriterijskega odločitvenega modela smo se na podlagi skupne pomembnosti atributov odločili za najkoristnejšo varianto, kjer je najpomembnejši atribut bil čas implementacije programske rešitve. Z implementacijo izbrane programske rešitve pričakujemo zmanjšanje izmeta na omenjenem delovnem mestu, posledično pa tudi malce krajši čas operacije.

Title:Optimization of assembly line for vacuum cleaner units in Domel d.o.o.
Abstract:In the diploma thesis, we discussed the optimization of the assembly line for vacuum cleaner units at Domel d.o.o. by monitoring downtime on the line by searching causes for them. There are many congestions during assembly, which means a higher cost per vacuum unit. In order to avoid this, it was necessary to build a simulation model and experiment with it, if there is any way to optimize parts of assembly line. Based on the findings, related to the increase in efficiency, we have come to the realization that it will be necessary to reduce congestion, so that we can approach the planned work norms. From the observations, we realized that with a standstill in the workplace, consequently there are delays in the previous workplaces. In a particular workplace with the highest number of congestions, a new software solution should be implemented, which is intended to improve adhesive dosing to the vacuum unit assembly points. DEXi's multi-criteria decision-making program was used for the most suitable choice of software solution. Using the multicriteria decision model, we decided on the basis of the common importance of the attributes for the most useful variant, where the most important attribute was the time needed for software solution implementation. With the implementation of selected software solution, we expect a reduction in the waste on the mentioned workplace, and consequently a slightly shorter operation time.
