Title:Razvoj prototipne programske rešitve za spremljanje procesa luženja v podjetju SIJ Acroni

Abstract:Diplomsko delo je rezultat sodelovanja med podjetjem SIJ Acroni, d. o. o., in Fakulteto za organizacijske vede Univerze v Mariboru. Gre za razvojno-raziskovalni projekt z namenom izboljšanja učinkovitosti v proizvodnji oddelka Lužilnica v obratu Predelava debele pločevine (PDP). Končni namen projekta je razvoj modela za optimizacijo procesa luženja, namen diplomskega dela pa je ugotoviti, kateri podatki v internem informacijskem sistemu podjetja SIJ Acroni, d. o. o., so dostopni in katere podatke bi še potrebovali za razvoj optimizacijskega modela. Cilj je razviti prototipno programsko rešitev, ki bo omogočala beleženje manjkajočih podatkov in jo bo mogoče integrirati v obstoječi informacijski sistem podjetja. V uvodu je predstavljen problem, s katerim se srečujemo, in okolje, v katerem poteka delo. V drugem poglavju so opisane teoretične osnove programiranja v programskem jeziku Visual Basic in sama metoda opazovanja procesa luženja in beleženja podatkov. Sledi opis obstoječega stanja oz. trenutnega stanja po podatkih v informacijskem sistemu. To zajema pregled interne dokumentacije in analizo obstoječih podatkov. Sama programska rešitev je predstavljena v četrtem poglavju, v zaključkih pa so podani pogoji za uvedbo, učinki uvedbe in možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja programske rešitve.

Title:Development of software prototype to monitor the pickling process in SIJ Acroni company
Abstract:This graduation is a consequence of cooperation between company SIJ Acroni d.o.o. and Faculty of the Organizational Science University of Maribor. IT is about research and development project with a purpose to improve efficiency in production, more specifically in a plant called PDP (si. Predelava debele pločevine) or processing of thick sheet metal in the pickling department. The final goal of the project is to make an optimization model for the mentioned plant. We have to find out what information we need besides the one already existing in the company's information system. During the preparatory phase of the project, we found some deficiency in the process of pickling itself. Our goal is to develop a prototype software solution which will enable us to monitor the process of pickling and get the needed data that weren't found in the IS (Information System) which will further be used in the optimization process. In the beginning, we'll present the problem we are facing and the working environment where we worked, the problems we faced and methods of work. The theoretical basis of programming, methods of observing processes and recording of data will be presented in chapter Theoretical basis. In chapter three we will present the current situation in IS where we will analyze the data given to us by the company. The renewed data will be described in chapter four. The last chapter is about the results and impacts of our solution and the possibility of further development.
