Title:Odgovorno in trajnostno upravljanje vinorodne dežele Posavje kot turistične destinacije

Abstract:Vinorodna dežela Posavje je raznovrstna v reliefnem pogledu, pestra po geološki sestavi in bogata v raznolikosti vinske ponudbe. Vinorodna dežela Posavje ima bogato naravno in kulturno dediščino, ki v povezavi z dediščino gastronomije predstavlja svojo prepoznavnost na turističnem trgu. V sklopu magistrske naloge smo obravnavali vinorodno deželo Posavje kot turistično destinacijo z razvojnim potencialom v smeri odgovornega in trajnostnega upravljanja destinacije. V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge smo opisali nekatere pojme, ki so potrebni za razumevanje in opredelitev vsebine našega dela. Navedli smo dva primera dobrih praks delovanja vinsko-kulinaričnega turizma v vinorodni deželi Primorska in v Furlaniji-Julijski krajini v Italiji. V empiričnem delu magistrske naloge smo raziskali gostinsko-turistični sektor in vinski sektor z vidika načinov trženja lokalnih vin in kulinarike ter z vidika sodelovanja, povezovanja, upravljanja in načrtovanja vseh deležnikov v vinsko-kulinaričnem turizmu na destinaciji. Ugotovili smo, da je med deležniki v turizmu zaznati velik potencial za usklajen trajnostno odgovoren razvoj in za povezovanje različnih elementov v verigi storitev. Na podlagi pregledane literature, analize stanja in opravljene raziskave smo predvideli vizijo razvoja v smeri vinsko-kulinarične destinacije in določili štiri prioritete, ki predstavljajo odgovorni, trajnostni in inovativni razvojni potencial vinorodne dežele Posavje kot turistične destinacije.

Title:Responsible and sustainable management of wine growing Posavje region as a tourist destination
Abstract:The wine-growing region of Posavje is topographically and geologically diverse and rich in the diversity of wine offer. The wine-growing region of Posavje has a rich natural and cultural heritage, which in conjunction with the gastronomy heritage makes the region of Posavje visible and recognizable on the tourist market. The master's thesis focuses on the wine-growing region of Posavje as a tourist destination marked by the development potential which is directed towards responsible and sustainable management of destinations. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we describe the concepts of sustainability, sustainable tourism, gastronomic or culinary tourism, wine tourism and tourist destinations. We also describe other concepts that are necessary for the understanding and definition of the content of our work, providing two examples of good practice in the field of the functioning of wine culinary tourism in the wine-growing region of Primorska and Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy. In the empirical part of the thesis, we explore the catering-tourism sector and the wine sector from the perspective of the ways of marketing local wines and cuisine, and from the perspective of cooperation, integration, management and planning of all stakeholders in the wine-culinary tourism at the destination. We have found that among the stakeholders in the tourism sector it is possible to detect the potential for a coordinated sustainable and responsible development and for the integration of the different elements in the chain of services.
