Abstract:Magistrsko delo predstavlja uporabo orodij vitke proizvodnje za dnevno reševanje proizvodnih problemov. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili dnevno spremljanje rezultatov na vseh nivojih podjetja in potek reševanja problemov s pomočjo treh orodij vitke proizvodnje: PDCA, PSCS in DMAIC. Namen naloge je bil prikazati, katero orodje je najprimernejše za določeno težavo. Želeli pa smo dokazati pomembnost vključevanja in zavedanja odgovornosti vseh zaposlenih. Cilj podjetja mora biti odprava napak v zgodni fazi in s tem preprečitev hujših posledic. Orodja vitke proizvodnje se v podjetjih uporabljajo z namenom izboljševanja kazalnikov učinkovitosti.

Title:Analysis of suitability and possibility of using problem solving techniques in the production companies
Abstract:The Master thesis elaborated the possibility of lean principles for daily problem solving in production. The aim of this study is to demonstrate the importance of a systematic approach to solving production problems. Monitoring of key performance indicators (productivity, OEE, scrap and plan fulfilment) is very important to have control over the processes. Based on throughout literature review er conceptualize the research of the impact of lean production (based on Toyota’s prosuction system principles) on the business. We focused on the methods and tools which are use daily. In the empirical part, we presented daily monitoring of results at all organizational levels of the company and the use of different techniques of problem solving, as PDCA, PSCS and DMAIC. The purpose of the task was to demonstrate which tool is the most suited to a particular problem. We wanted to prove the importance of integrating and recognising the responsibilities of all employees. Companies should endeavour their efforts to eliminate errors as soon as possible and thereby prevent serious consequences. The tools of the lean productions are used in enterprises to improve key performance indicators.
