V delu smo povzeli in analizirali socialno podjetništvo v Sloveniji in ga primerjali z italijanskim in avstrijskim ter španskim socialno podjetništvom.

Title:Comparison of Social Entrepreneuership in Slovenia and Selected European Countries
Abstract:Society is constantly changing; throughout the years, we can notice an increased emphasis on the importance of equality and equal opportunities. Thus, a specific discipline has formed in the field of entrepreneurship, called social entrepreneurship. A compound of business ideas, innovations, integration of vulnerable groups and environment care are components of socially oriented companies. Since social entrepreneurship appears as a solution to issues of local, regional or national community, the term social entrepreneurship differs according to the local aspect. In the diploma paper, we summarized and analysed social entrepreneurship in Slovenia and compared it with Italian, Austrian and Spanish. We discovered that social entrepreneurship in Slovenia is rather in its early stages, because the Social Entrepreneurship Act entered into force in the beginning of 2012 and encountered first amendments last year. Because of settled law and good conditions, an optimistic announcement indicates the rise of social entrepreneurship in Slovenia as well as in other European countries.
