|Opis:||Life has become a rush, where we all do not have time, we are always in a hurry, we always need to do something, constantly adapt to changes, learn something new, and always want to please others. All of this makes people more stressed, vast majority has health problems, and all this is due to stress. We do not even know how to calm down, to breathe, and take time for each other. People are different, one is more susceptible to stress, the other less, but everything depends on person's personality. Stress is caused by obligations at work and outside of it; an individual can influence the impact and consequences of stress by regularly overcoming them and resolving them promptly; he takes some time for himself and does what makes him happy. Many companies are using various strategies and programs to tackle stress, so that employees are less stressed.
In the thesis entitled The analysis of stress at employees of company X, we investigated what causes stress at employees, how they experience it, what consequences it brings and how employees deal with them. That is why we studied the topic of stress within both theoretical and research work.
In the theoretical part we wrote down the definitions of stress, what types of stress we can encounter and which models of stress we know. We described sources of stress in and outside the working environment, we examined individual differences, what consequences the stress brings and how an individual and company can confront and overcome them.
In the empirical section we obtained information from the questionnaire which offered the data on the factors that cause stress at employees in the workplace, how much pressure they feel due to the time pressure and pressure of the leaders, the consequences of stress, how they overcome the consequences, and how intense the stress is perceived.
With the survey questionnaire we got an insight into what is the main cause of stress for the respondents, what consequences they are experiencing, and which techniques are used to overcome stress. We also found out which programs the company X has developed to overcome stress and how they implement them. On the basis of the obtained results we verified hypotheses and confirmed or refuted them.|
