Opis: | Human rights are the rights of all people. They are laid down in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and various international instruments (conventions). They are also contained in the constitutions of individual countries. It is important to emphasize that human rights are those held by the person regardless of the country in which he is located, whereas citizens' rights are those, that a person obtains by acquiring citizenship. In the history of humanity, human rights have been violated several times, leading to different wars. I would like to point out France in a positive sense, since the larger and more important revolutions started there. After all, the French also beheaded a king. One of the most important events is undoubtedly the reception of Magna Charte Libertatum in 1215. In a negative sense, it is important to highlight the history of the United States of America and Germany. The USA, because of its historical relation to people of African-American origin, and Germany as the initiator of Nazism, which found its “twisted” theory also in the history of the United States. The subject of the research is the racial legislation that allowed all these atrocities in the years 1939-1945 and even before. Several months after the Second World War, an important turning point in the protection of human rights occurred, on October 24, 1945, an international organization named the United Nations was established. Among the founding members was also the Democratic Federal Yugoslavia. The United Nations Organization also adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights on 10 December 1948. From this moment on, we are “stronger” together. The reason for the greatest systematic violation of human rights has been the rise of Nazism. It all began in one of the Bavarian breweries with the first gathering of the Nazis, who initially were the target of ridicule in Germany. It all began in one of the Bavarian breweries with the first gathering of the Nazis, who initially were the target of ridicule in Germany. However, various factors, including the economic crisis and politics, have ensured the rise of Nazism and its transformation into an ideology, followed by Mussolini's fascist Italy. Fascism and Nazism firmly anchored in the minds of people in some areas of the former Yugoslavia. On April 10, 1941, the Independent State of Croatia was established. Its founder, Ante Pavelić, carried out an anti-Semitic policy with Hitler and Mussolini. Besides the Jews, he also wanted to exterminate the Serbian Orthodox Church. Because of such crimes, the international community has adopted a series of international instruments for the protection of human rights since the Second World War. We can all hope that such a slaughter will never happen again. We have to put the rule of law first. |
