Abstract:Diplomska naloga obravnava teorijo računalniških simulacij in simulacijo virtualnega robota ABB IRB 1200 s pomočjo programskih orodij LabVIEW in SolidWorks. Teoretični del obravnava simulacije na splošno, opisuje razvoj računalniških simulacij skozi zgodovino, uporabo simulacij, vrste simulacij v strojništvu in simuliranje robotov. Predstavljena sta programska paketa LabVIEW in SolidWorks ter predmet obravnave, robot ABB IRB 1200. V praktičnem delu pa imamo opisan postopek priprave programa za simulacijo robota v programskih orodjih LabVIEW in SolidWorks. Opisana je priprava CAD modela v SolidWorksu in izdelava uporabniškega vmesnika za vodenje robota v LabVIEWju. Na koncu so predstavljeni rezultati simulacije, prav tako način uporabe simulacije.

Title:Simulating of robot abb irb 1200 using ni labview and solidworks software
Abstract:The thesis deals with the theory of computer simulations and ABB IRB 1200 virtual robot simulation using LabVIEW and SolidWorks Software. The theoretical part describes simulations in general, history of computer simulations, use of simulations and some ways of usage in mechanical engineering and describes robot simulations. Moreover, LabVIEW and SolidWorks Software and the subject of simulating robot ABB IRB 1200 are discussed. The practical part demonstrates how to make a program for robot simulation in LabVIEW and SolidWorks Software. Furthermore, the creation of a CAD model in SolidWorks, as well as the creation of a user interface for controlling the robot is discussed. The last part presents simulation data as well as various applications of our simulation.
